In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of all transactions on slot16.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

By registering an account on the slot16 Platform, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you irrevocably accept these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all players accessing slot16 from any device or browser, including mobile devices on networks operated by Jazz, Telenor, Zong, or Ufone in Pakistan. • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• slot16 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information will be suspended and may be permanently closed.
• Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other locations in Pakistan are subject to the same verification requirements without exception.

The minimum age to register and play on slot16 is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age as of the date of Account creation.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, slot16 will request submission of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification to verify your age and identity. This KYC process is mandatory for all Players without exception.

If slot16 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all wagering activity during the period of suspected underage access will be voided. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment method, less any processing fees. Winnings generated during the suspended period are not eligible for withdrawal.

slot16 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance with no currency conversion or additional processing fees charged by slot16.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment channel. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change at slot16's discretion. • Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes initiated by a Player with their payment provider without first contacting slot16 support are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Withdrawal of funds from your slot16 Account is subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is finalised.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to channel availability. slot16 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 60 minutes for e-wallet channels and within one business day for bank transfer channels.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per channel and are displayed at the point of request.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• slot16 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of ongoing AML compliance.
• In cases of suspected fraud, account abuse, or unresolved bonus disputes, slot16 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that are subsequently cancelled by the Player without completing verification may result in additional review requirements.

Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement on slot16 bonus funds is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in total wagering before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period — typically 7 to 30 days from issuance, as specified per promotion.

Individual game rules are accessible from within each game interface and take precedence over general Terms where they conflict on specific gameplay matters.

Sports Betting: All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, and UFC, are settled in accordance with the slot16 sportsbook rules. In cases of events being cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or settled in error, slot16 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Final settlement decisions rest with slot16's trading team and are not subject to dispute after 14 days of settlement.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the statistical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee any individual outcome or session result. Players accept that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that losses are possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slot16 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion — Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker variants or live dealer tables.
• Automated play — Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Bonus abuse — Creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in arbitrage strategies specifically designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers.
• Money laundering — Depositing funds with no intention of gambling, or using the Platform as a mechanism to legitimise funds of illicit origin.
• Match fixing — Placing bets on sporting events in which you have material non-public information or direct influence over the outcome.
• Technical exploitation — Attempting to gain unauthorised access to slot16 systems, reverse-engineer the Platform, or exploit software vulnerabilities of any kind.

slot16 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Verified underage access or failure of age verification.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to dormancy fees as notified).
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all outstanding checks are complete. Disputed balances will be held pending investigation resolution.

All content on the slot16 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, interface design, text, and data — is the exclusive property of slot16 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the slot16 Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of slot16's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slot16 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. slot16's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

slot16 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. slot16 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during live betting events or active game sessions where the cause of interruption is outside slot16's reasonable control.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by slot16 is governed by the slot16 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

slot16 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, transaction history, and device and IP information for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention, and customer support. slot16 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Your continued use of the slot16 Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any proposed changes, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment and cease using the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of slot16's licensing jurisdiction as applicable under its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, Players should in the first instance contact slot16 customer support via live chat or email to seek resolution. slot16 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being raised. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal dispute resolution, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under slot16's licence conditions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and slot16 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
